I wanted to emphasize justice, health, and nature, which are all things we hold dearly in our society. I put a symbol of justice in the middle, so it could be the focal point of the flag. Justice is very important in our daily lives because justice keeps us safe. I have the justice symbol surrounded by the two plus signs to represent health in our society and how it’s equally important. The blue stripes represent our lakes and rivers which are also essential to our well-being. The green represents nature in our community.
